Included in this course:
- 2 short routines for morning, afternoon and evening
- 5 breathing techniques
- 9 daily intentions
- 2 relaxation techniques
These can be done in bed, at your workspace or on a yoga mat. You can even do some on the couch or in the kitchen. Each exercise takes about 5 minutes, that's all! You will learn how to take small moments for yourself throughout the day. These moments will help you stay positive, relieve tension and maybe even discover solutions to some of life's problems.
There are videos with corresponding PDFs for you to read online or printout. You will also have an ebook of the PDFs.
The stretches are simple and effective. They are not intended to be difficult. I chose specific ones that can be easily done to bring awareness to where your body is carrying tension and to begin to release that tension.
