JOURNAL PROMPTS AND HOMEWORK:

Again, I am going to remind you to have fun with this exercise.

When I first did it, it was really intense.

If some heavy emotions come up during this exercise, I want you to know that you will have more opportunities to work through them in the EFT exercise in this section and also the Forgiveness exercise in the next milestone.

Just do the best you can.

Be gentle with yourself.

This is powerful work.

Our ego can sometimes resist wanting to look at things in the past with the intention of creating a future we love. Sometimes our egos want to keep us right where we are because it is familiar. New territory and emotions can seem scary and even threatening.

It takes courage to do this type of work.

Feel free to reach out if you need support.

The last time I did it with a different photo, it was not as intense and very positive.

Honor where you are on your journey.

Allow this Letter To Your Younger Self to release old energy that has not been serving you so you can start to love yourself more and enjoy life!
