Do this exercise at least 3 times over the next 2 weeks: Write down how you feel before and after. Jot down some ideas about when you think you would use these in the future. For example: After waking up, at bedtime, after work, etc.

Bonus: Reconnect with your cord or root throughout the day. Remind yourself of the grounded earth energy you are connected to.

Bonus: Spend time in nature barefoot to amp up your connection to earth energy. Maybe walking around for half an hour or lying down in the grass.

Optional: Begin to take note of the things that make you feel ungrounded. Adjust accordingly.

Getting grounded is one of the most important activities you can bring into your life. Getting into this energy on a regular basis helps you regulate your nervous systems, connects you with nurturing earth energy, increases trust in yourself, and allows you to handle the ups and downs of life with more ease.
